Opening times and arrival
1. uStrike opening hours are 11am to 11pm. Last entry for bowling is 10pm.
2. Standard prices apply Monday to Thursday after 6pm, Friday after 4pm, all day Saturday & Sunday, bank holidays and all local school holidays. Off-Peak prices apply Monday to Thursday 11am-6pm, Friday 11am-4pm (term time only).
3. uStrike recommends arriving approximately 15 minutes prior to start time, to allow for collection of bowling shoes and lane set-up. Late arrivals may not be able to bowl.
Prices and booking fees
4. All prices are inclusive of VAT and shoe hire. Drinks and snacks are not included in the standard price and must be paid for separately. Party packages are available which include food.
5. uStrike reserves the right to change prices or withdraw offers at any time. If website prices differ from prices at the bowling centre, prices at the centre apply.
6. A non-refundable booking fee of £3 per lane is payable at time of booking. The booking fee is in addition to the bowling prices. No booking fee is required during off-peak times (Monday to Thursday 11am-6pm & Friday 11am-4pm during term times), and members do not need to pay booking fees.
7. Booking for parties is required at least 3 days prior to the event.
Proof of age / status
8. uStrike reserves the right to request proof of age or senior citizen / student status. A child is under 12 and a junior is under 16.
9. uStrike reserves the right to refuse serving alcohol to persons unable to provide proof of age who are considered under the legal age limit for purchasing alcohol.
Data protection and security
10. All information by which a person may be identified will only be used in accordance with the data protection laws. Customer comments/feedback may be published on the web site.
11. E-mail communication with uStrike is subject to all the risks associated with electronic communication. uStrike cannot therefore guarantee the security or confidentiality of such transmissions.
